SUMMER INTENSIVE

In Breaking the Binary Theatre’s first-ever summer intensive program, six transgender, non-binary, and Two-Spirit+ (TNB2S+*) performers will have the opportunity to work with L Morgan to gain confidence with audition materials, forge new industry connections, and hone in on their craft and artistry over the course of three Monday evenings in July and August (July 31, August 7, and August 14).

There is no cost to participate. All three sessions will take place in Midtown Manhattan, New York City from 6pm-9pm. Reimbursements for Ubers and Lyfts home (within New York) will be provided for each participant following each session.

Each of the six participants will be selected by L Morgan and George based on facility with storytelling, authenticity of self and ones artistry, and passion. Applicants from all levels of skill within the TNB2S+ community are encouraged to apply.

The deadline to submit is 11:59pm ET on Sunday, June 18th. All applicants will be notified by Sunday, July 2nd with an update on their submission (whether they are selected or not).
